Instructors of 21st Century Learning

What do you think is the role of teachers in the 21st century learning? Are they adopted to the requirements of the modern teaching methods of 21st century?

    Technology did not only change students' daily lives and habits but also their way of thinking. A  student from any age spends less energy in every area of  his /her life. This makes them look for easy ways of everything, including learnling. So both in online lessons and in-class lessons it is a problem for the instructors to keep students' attention. Especially young learners of our time suffer from focus problems.

 A successfull instructor of 21st century must be able to keep in touch with all the learners in many environments such as online networks and classrooms and he or she is needed to prepare the class activities by thinking of this purpose.

 When it comes to keeping learners' attenttion some teachers do well but some are seriously inefficient. In their classes it is impossible to think of the application of the modern educational methods of 21st century. Those who are inefficient don't  have the requirements of the modern teaching of 21st century.
